An array of floor plans
Our flexible space can be arranged to meet your needs. When you reserve your space, after you confirm your reservation, we will provide a form to ask you what basic floor plan you require, and our event staff will work closely with you. You can use the following standards as inspiration. Contact us if you have any questions.
Banquet Seating
Ideal for parties and dinners. Arrange up to 22 round tables with tablecloths for an elegant banquet-style gathering.
Can hold up to 179 people depending on table layout.
Presentation Seating
Perfect for presentations and guest lectures. Seating can face the beautiful, tall windows looking onto the water or turned to put all focus on a front table and presentation screen.
Up to 383 people seated or 537 standing.
Conference Table Seating
Seat your guests in rows with our rectangular tables and seating. This is terrific for workshops and collaborative sessions.
Up to 179 people depending on table layout.
Banquet 1: Up to 21 tables with multiple head tables near window and a bar in the back corner.
Banquet 2: Head table and up to 21 round tables for guest seating.
Conference 1: Rectangular tables with a dance floor, DJ table, head table, photo booth, and bar.

Before you start, we want to be sure you understand the process. We have laid out the whole process from booking to paying below. Our team will work closely with you throughout the process, and you can always contact us directly at any time.
Book Your Date
Review the availability calendar to find a date that works for you.
Select the date you want and tell us how many guests and how long your event will last. The form will then calculate the cost.
You must submit 50% of the total charge to start the reservation process, or you can pay in full on booking.

Provide Information
With a date booked, you will receive an email with a link to a form. You will submit additional information like the following:
Make Payment
After you have paid at least 50% and submitted the required documents, we will finalize the reservation.
If you did not pay the full price when booking, you must remit the remaining amount at least 2 weeks before your event.
For events including alcohol, you will also provide a security deposit which will be held until the event has ended.
